On the Free plan, AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot can read your invoices, expenses, customers and reports. On the Professional plan they can also create invoices, record expenses and update your records, and you can create personal access tokens for the API. You also need an account with the AI app you use.
Yes. The prices shown include VAT, so what you see is what you pay.
Yes. Every plan includes a free login for your accountant or bookkeeper. Invite them with the Viewer role and they can see your invoices, expenses and reports, but can't change anything. They don't count towards your team members.
Yes, on the Professional plan. Add your other businesses from the same login and switch between them from the menu. Each business keeps its own customers, invoices and expenses, and one subscription covers them all.

No. Pay monthly or yearly and cancel whenever you like. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to the Free plan.
